Along with tastings and a competition, Andy's Frozen Custard and the Huvepharma tailgate trailer will be on site to watch our favorite football games, with local breweries and several other Made In Oklahoma booths. Come taste-test and vote for your favorite as we showcase local producers! Tickets can be purchased day of at the registration booth. Tickets are $25 a piece, and children below 5 are free!

Event proceeds go to the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Foundation Scholarships and the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association.

What You Need to Know

  • Deadline to apply: August 19th

  • Top teams will be notified, will receive a formal invitation, rules and will be showcased online and in all media.

  • You will bring your own cuts of sirloin to grill (w/ your team of 2-3) and serve to the community. Here is a great way to showcase  your beef directly to the consumer and have your business in the media!

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd place voted on by nationally-sanctioned judges and People's Choice awards will be given out and winners will be featured on the OCF website, on social media and in the Cowman magazine. 

Supplies Required for Competition

  • Minimum of 40 Steaks

    • 3/4" thick / 8-10 oz

    • We will serve 1' x 1' tastings to the public for People's Choice Award and opportunity for your steaks to be sponsored to offset cost.

  • Cooler for Steaks

  • Cooking Utensils (tongs, knives, cutting boards, etc.)

Supplies Provided for Competition

  • Grill, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid

  • Tables

  • Ranch Banner for Station
