Kelli Payne
CHAIR • BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mustang, OklahomaKelli Payne is a proud fifth generation farmer and rancher from Mustang, Oklahoma. She attended high school at Amber-Pocasset and went to college at Oklahoma State University. She has had the opportunity to serve as an assistant to former Congressman Wes Watkins prior to his retirement and to serve as an Executive Director for a number of Main Street organizations in Oklahoma. Combining her dedication for promoting the agricultural industry, past nonprofit experience, and her passion for economic development, she strives to share her personal story along with the wonderful heritage of agriculture’s role in Oklahoma City’s history. She currently serves as North Central District Vice President for the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association and is a graduate of the Cattlemen’s Leadership Academy Class XXVI.

Ford Drummond
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE • BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pawhuska, OklahomaFord was born and raised in Osage County, Oklahoma and is the third generation managing the family ranch where his great-grandfather settled prior to statehood. The Drummond Ranch is located in the tall grass prairie region of the Osage, and consists of a diversified cow-calf, stocker and BLM wild horse operation. Ford earned a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to managing the family ranch, he was in private practice in San Francisco, served as Legislative Assistant to a Member of Congress, and was Legislative Counsel for the American Medical Association in Washington, D.C. Ford serves on several local, state and national boards, including the Osage County Cattlemen’s Association, Woolaroc, the Oklahoma Nature Conservancy, BancFirst Corporation and Virtus Mutual Funds. Ford and his wife, Vanessa, live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, where they raised their three children: Virginia, Frederick, and Margaret.

Tyler Norvell
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE • BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Tuttle, OklahomaTyler Norvell currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Youth Expo, a position he has held since January 2012. In this role, Tyler is responsible for the day-to-day operations of OYE as well as the fundraising efforts of the nonprofit organization. He oversees an annual livestock show with more than 6,500 exhibitors and 13,000 animals and is responsible for the approximately $1.5 million in awards and scholarships distributed to participants. In the Fall of 2020 Tyler was a part of starting the Cattlemen’s Congress and currently serves as resident of the organization and secretary of the Board of Directors. Tyler previously served as Vice-President of Public Policy for Oklahoma Farm Bureau where he directed lobbying efforts for the state’s largest grassroots agricultural organization. Tyler is the managing partner of Norvell Consulting, LLC, where he provides lobbying and consulting services as well as marketing strategies for a host of clients. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he earned a degree in Animal Science. Tyler served as the 2012-2013 OSU Animal Science Alumni Board Chairman and is a proud lifetime member of the OSU Alumni Association, the OCA and the Sirloin Club of Oklahoma. Tyler and his wife, Beth, currently live in Tuttle, OK, with their two daughters, Madilyn and Saylor.

Michael Kelsey
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE • BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Tecumseh, OklahomaMichael Kelsey serves as the Executive Vice President of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, a position he has held since July 2013. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the grassroots association and serves as a registered lobbyist representing Oklahoma’s beef cattle farmers and ranchers at the Oklahoma state Capitol and in Washington D.C. Previously, Michael has served as the Executive Vice President of the Nebraska Cattlemen, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Beef Council and the Executive Director of the South Carolina Cattlemen’s Association. Michael grew up in Rush Springs and attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College on a livestock judging scholarship before moving to Stillwater to graduate from OSU in 1992 with a degree in Animal Science. Michael and his wife Tonya of 28 years live in Tecumseh where they have raised their four children.

John Redman
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Durant, OklahomaJohn Redman is a Senior Economic Development Program Manager who has served the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for the past five years. Mr. Redman works with communities and businesses within Choctaw Nation boundaries in an effort to facilitate community, business and economic development. He specializes in helping communities and local governments in identifying funding resources for critical infrastructure project in their areas in order to encourage or enable business development, expansion and retention. Additionally, Redman is responsible for conducting field visits with major employers in industry within the Choctaw Nation to assess strengths and needs such as employee retention and job creation.
Prior to joining the Choctaw Nation, Redman served the Rural Development Division of the U.S.D.A. for over thirty years as an Economic Development Specialist throughout Eastern Oklahoma. His role with the U.S.D.A. included duties involving financing critical community assets and infrastructure as well as agricultural and residential lending. Mr. Redman is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with degrees in Forestry Management and Agricultural Economics. He is also certified as a BRE Coordinator through Business Retention Expansion International. In addition, Redman is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Southeast, and Leadership Durant. He is a resident of Durant, Oklahoma where he is a member of Durant First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), is married, and is the father of two sons.

Brady Sidwell
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Goltry, OklahomaBrady Sidwell is the Founder and President of Sidwell Strategies, Enterprise Grain Company, Enterprise Grain Malt, Sidwell Solutions, Sidwell Seed, 81 Feed and Seed, Sidwell Transport, Arbitrage αlpha Solutions and co-founder of Enid Brewing Company and Chisholm Trail Milling. Mr. Sidwell is also a Limited Partner and member of the Advisory Board of Germin8 Ventures, a Food Tech Venture Capital firm based out of Chicago, and a founding partner of Ninja Ag, LLC, a precision agriculture technology business that creates variable-rate nutrient applications from corrected NDVI imagery. Mr. Sidwell was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank, Oklahoma City Branch in January 2020. Prior to his recent change in becoming an entrepreneurial business owner and commodity broker, Mr. Sidwell was Vice President of Global Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions for the OSI Group, based out of its headquarters near Chicago. He first joined the company as VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA), based in Hong Kong. At OSI, Mr. Sidwell was responsible for spearheading global strategy and M&A. Before joining OSI, Mr. Sidwell was Head of Food & Agribusiness Research and Advisory for Rabobank in North East Asia. He was responsible for cross-border F&A strategies for companies and investors across various sectors in the supply chain. While at Rabobank, Mr. Sidwell appeared regularly on Bloomberg, CNBC and Reuters TV to discuss the impacts of global and regional food & agriculture developments on Asian and global markets. Prior to Rabobank, Mr. Sidwell worked on project teams at the U.S. Embassy offices of the U.S.D.A. in South Korea and Thailand. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Agricultural Economics with a focus on International Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hong Kong where he studied as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar to China. Mr. Sidwell was raised on a family farming operation in Goltry, OK, where he lives with his wife Emily, son Henry, and daughter Diana. He is active in his community as a Rotarian, Ambucs member, Advisory Board and Investment Committee Member of the Cherokee Strip Community Foundation, Class 31 of Leadership Oklahoma and the Board of Governors of the Oklahoma State University Foundation.

Alex Morcom

Marlow, OklahomaAlex Morcom lives in Marlow, Oklahoma with her husband Stephen and their daughter Bryndle. They own and operate Morcom Cattle Company, a commercial cow calf operation. They also own County Line Beef, where they market ranch raised beef to their community. In addition to their cattle endeavors, Alex works for COWGIRL Magazine as an advertising executive.
